Medu Store Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for buying, accessing, and using digital products sold directly through the Medu Store.
1. Agreement to these terms
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Store Terms and the Medu Store Refund Policy. You must be legally capable of entering a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal age of majority, a parent or guardian must approve the purchase.
2. Your Medu account
Purchases are attached to the signed-in Medu account used at checkout. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You may not transfer an order, share private delivery credentials, impersonate another person, or use another customer’s payment proof.
3. Products, stock, and orders
Product descriptions, included features, purchase limits, stock, and refund windows are shown on the product page. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock. An order is complete only after payment is captured or a Bankak payment is manually approved.
Medu may cancel or refuse an order affected by pricing mistakes, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, duplicate payment proof, or a technical error. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the appropriate reversal or refund will be initiated.
4. Payments, currencies, and fees
- Card and PayPal-account payments are processed by PayPal. Medu does not store full card numbers, CVVs, PayPal passwords, or payment OTPs.
- The checkout shows the product price, any customer-facing processing fee, and the total before payment approval. Currency conversions shown elsewhere in the store are estimates.
- Bankak orders require an exact 11-digit transaction ID and manual verification. Submitting proof does not mean the order is approved.
- You are responsible for any bank, card issuer, currency-conversion, tax, or payment-provider charges shown or imposed by those providers.
5. Digital delivery
Each available stock unit contains private delivery information. After successful payment, one unit is assigned to the buyer and stock is reduced. Delivery is normally immediate for online payments and follows manual approval for Bankak. Access details remain available from your private order page.
Contact support promptly if delivery information is missing, invalid, or inaccessible. Do not publish or share private links, codes, credentials, or files.
6. Permitted use
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for lawful personal study. You may not resell, sublicense, reproduce for distribution, scrape, publicly upload, or commercially exploit the product.
7. Refunds and warranties
Refund eligibility is governed by the product-specific refund window shown before purchase and the Medu Store Refund Policy. A request is not an automatic approval. Products marked “No refunds” are generally final sale except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or where Medu confirms a qualifying delivery defect.
8. Educational and medical notice
Medu Store products support education and revision. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, institutional guidance, official exam materials, or independent clinical judgment. You remain responsible for checking important information against authoritative sources.
9. Availability and liability
Medu aims to keep the store accurate and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Medu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes, disputes, and support
The version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. Material changes apply to future orders unless law requires otherwise. Before escalating a purchase dispute, contact Medu through the private support form so the order and evidence can be reviewed.
