MEDUPRO Subscription Terms

These terms supplement the Medu Terms and Privacy Policy and apply to MEDUPRO subscriptions and manually purchased access.

1. Price and recurring billing

Online MEDUPRO subscriptions cost $9.99 USD per month. By approving a card or PayPal subscription, you authorize PayPal to charge the selected funding method automatically each month until cancellation. Displayed SAR, SDG, and EGP amounts are estimates; provider conversion rates or card-issuer charges may differ.

2. One-day trial

The one-day free trial is available only through an eligible PayPal or card subscription and only once per Medu account. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins paid monthly billing. Bankak purchases do not include a trial.

3. Bankak access

An approved Bankak payment grants 30 days of MEDUPRO access and does not renew automatically. Transaction IDs are reviewed manually. Submitting false, reused, or altered information may result in rejection or account restriction.

4. Cancellation and access

You may cancel a PayPal subscription from the MEDUPRO page or through PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access normally remains available until the current trial or paid period ends. Bankak access expires at the end of its approved 30-day period.

5. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after access begins, except where required by applicable consumer law or where Medu confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. Contact customer support promptly. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

6. AI study tools

AI outputs are educational revision aids, can contain errors, and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You remain responsible for checking material against your curriculum and trusted sources. Do not submit patient-identifying information, protected health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal data.

7. Fair use and availability

MEDUPRO includes reasonable usage limits to protect service quality. Automated scraping, account sharing, credential resale, or attempts to bypass limits are prohibited. Features, models, and limits may change as providers and infrastructure change. Material changes will be communicated where required.

8. Ads and beta features

Active MEDUPRO subscribers, designated beta testers, and the site owner receive an ad-free Medu experience. Beta features may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn.

9. Account and payment provider

Access belongs to the purchasing Medu account and may not be transferred. PayPal handles online payment credentials under its own terms and privacy practices. Medu does not collect complete card or PayPal login credentials.
