Medu Store Refund Policy
A clear process for refund requests, digital-delivery problems, and product-specific warranty windows.
1. Product-specific refund window
Each product page and checkout states whether the product offers no refund, 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days. The window begins when payment is completed and the private delivery information is assigned. The order page shows the policy stored with your purchase.
2. Reasons that may qualify
- The delivered product is materially different from its published description.
- The private delivery information is invalid and Medu cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same intended purchase.
- A product-specific warranty condition shown before purchase applies.
- Applicable consumer law requires a refund or remedy.
3. Reasons generally not covered
- The request is outside the product’s displayed refund window.
- The product is marked “No refunds” and there is no qualifying defect or mandatory legal right.
- You changed your mind after private digital information was delivered.
- You shared, resold, copied, misused, or lost access through an account-security violation.
- A third-party service or device is incompatible where the requirement was disclosed before purchase.
- The request contains false information, reused payment proof, or suspected fraud.
4. How to request a refund
Open the private order details page and select “Request refund.” Choose the closest reason and provide enough information to investigate. Submit one request per order. For additional evidence or payment questions, open a customer support ticket and include the order reference.
5. Review process
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Medu may review order records, delivery status, transaction information, product terms, prior replacements, and the information you provide. You will receive an account notification when the request is approved or rejected.
6. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. PayPal or card processing times depend on PayPal, the card issuer, and your bank. Bankak refunds may require verified transfer details through private support. Provider fees and currency differences are handled according to the provider’s rules and applicable law.
After a full refund, the associated licence and right to use private delivery information end. Medu may disable access to the refunded digital product.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not remove consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where mandatory law gives you a stronger remedy, that law controls.
