MEDUPRO Purchase Terms
Clear rules for one-time 30-day access through PayPal, card, or Bankak.
1. Scope and eligibility
These terms supplement the Terms of Service, Paid Products Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and signed in to the Medu account that will receive access.
MEDUPRO is time-limited access to premium Medu features. It is separate from any course subscription, premium note, or question-bank product unless the checkout expressly bundles that product.
2. One-time card or PayPal purchase
The MEDUPRO product price is 15 SAR for each 30-day period, inclusive of any tax Medu is required to collect. PayPal checkout is charged as a one-time USD 4.00 payment. The small rounding difference reflects the supported payment currency. It does not authorize an automatic renewal or a future charge.
Eligible buyers use a PayPal account or another funding method PayPal presents. Availability varies by country, account, and provider. PayPal or an issuer may apply its own conversion or funding charges, which are not paid to Medu. Medu does not receive complete card details or PayPal credentials.
A screen marked sandbox, test, demo, or preview does not create real paid access or a real charge.
3. No automatic free trial
MEDUPRO has no payment-method trial. Card or PayPal access begins when the one-time payment completes. A first eligible Bankak submission may receive temporary access only to MEDUPRO-gated question banks while the transfer is manually reviewed; paid AI and the full 30-day period begin only after approval. Free full access is available only through a qualifying 15-day referral reward described below or another clearly stated promotional grant.
4. Bankak: 30 days, no automatic renewal
An approved Bankak payment adds 30 days of MEDUPRO access. It has no free trial and never renews automatically. To continue, submit and obtain approval for another transfer when you choose.
The SDG amount is the live equivalent of 15 SAR calculated through Medu's existing Alsoug exchange-rate feed. Because rates change, use the amount shown for the current request. A submitted 11-digit transaction ID is reviewed manually. Access starts only after approval. False, altered, reused, or unverifiable payment information may be rejected and may lead to an account restriction.
5. Pending Bankak verification
After the first eligible Bankak transaction reference is submitted, Medu pauses recurring support popups for up to 48 hours and temporarily opens only question banks marked as requiring MEDUPRO. This provisional access is bound to that exact pending order and expiry; it does not unlock paid AI or start the purchased 30-day period. Rejection or expiry removes provisional question-bank access. After any rejected submission, later pending references do not receive provisional access: question banks and paid AI reopen only when a new payment is approved. A rejection notice includes a user-safe reason and an invitation to try again.
6. Referral reward
A member can share an opaque referral link. A buyer may also choose an existing public member by exact Member ID or a public nickname suggestion before checkout. The selected referrer earns 15 days of MEDUPRO only after the referred account's first successful, verified, real-money MEDUPRO payment.
Self-referrals, repeated buyers, test or sandbox payments, unpaid or rejected Bankak requests, duplicate claims, spam, and abusive or misleading promotion do not qualify. One referred account can create only one reward. A reward activates immediately when the referrer has no paid period; while paid access is active it is saved and begins after that paid access ends.
Cancellation without a refund does not remove an earned reward. If the qualifying payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or later found invalid, Medu may revoke unused reward time. Already elapsed reward days are not clawed back, and a notice is sent to the affected member.
7. Extending and ending access
New MEDUPRO purchases do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Each verified payment adds 30 days from the later of the current access end date or the payment date. You can purchase another period whenever you choose.
Access expires automatically at the recorded end date. Customers who joined an older recurring PayPal plan before August 25, 2026 can still cancel that legacy plan through MEDUPRO or PayPal; cancellation stops future renewals while preserving already-paid time.
8. Failed, reversed, or disputed payment
If a one-time PayPal payment fails, no access period is added. If it is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or later found invalid, Medu may remove the unused access time attributable to that payment while preserving demonstrably newer valid purchases.
If Bankak payment cannot be verified, Medu will reject the request and no access period begins. Contact support with the Medu reference and non-sensitive evidence if you believe the decision is incorrect.
9. Features, fair use, and availability
MEDUPRO may include AI study workflows, case coaching, premium analytics, increased limits, and removal of Medu-controlled display ads. The current feature list shown before purchase forms part of the offer.
Reasonable usage and technical limits protect service quality and provider capacity. Automated extraction, credential sharing, resale, bulk commercial use, or bypassing limits is prohibited. Features, models, and limits may change for security, quality, provider, or technical reasons. Medu will not materially reduce the core paid service during a current billing period without an appropriate remedy where required.
10. AI study tools
Medu sends selected prompts, source material, images, audio, or limited study-performance data to Groq to produce AI output. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It is an educational aid, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, examination authority, or professional supervision.
Do not submit patient-identifying data, protected health information, passwords, confidential exam content, or material you do not have permission to process. Check important content against current authoritative sources. See the Medical Education and AI Disclaimer and Privacy Notice.
11. Ad-free and support-popup-free benefit
While MEDUPRO is active, Medu removes Medu-controlled display-ad placements and recurring cost-support popups for the signed-in account. This does not remove essential service, safety, billing, payment-review, or policy notices; a sponsor credit embedded in content; an instructor's disclosed relationship; or branding and recommendations within independent services such as YouTube or Telegram.
12. Refunds
New MEDUPRO purchases never renew automatically. Completed payments are generally non-refundable after access begins unless there is a duplicate or erroneous charge, material failure Medu cannot correct, a refund commitment shown at checkout, or a mandatory consumer right.
Where law provides a cancellation right for immediately supplied digital service, accepting these general terms does not by itself waive that right. Submit a request under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
13. Price and term changes
Medu may change the price or these terms for future purchases. A changed price cannot create an automatic charge; it applies only when you deliberately approve a later payment.
14. Billing and access support
Email support@medu.courses or use Customer Support. Include your Medu account email and the Medu or PayPal transaction reference, but never send a password, OTP, CVV, or complete card number.
